Common questions

How do I create a workspace?

Sign up on the web, confirm your email, and you will be prompted to name your first workspace. You can create additional workspaces later from the workspace switcher in the sidebar.

How do I invite my team?

Open Settings, find the Team section, and invite teammates by email. When they sign up or sign in with that email, the invitation is claimed automatically and they join with the role you chose.

What do the roles mean?

Owners control the workspace, billing, and roles. Admins manage the workspace and team. Members create and edit records. Viewers can see everything but cannot make changes.

Where did an archived record go?

Archiving hides a record from active lists without deleting it. Use the archived filter on the list pages to find it and restore it.

How does billing work?

Each workspace has one subscription, purchased and managed on the web in Settings under Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. The iPhone app contains no purchases.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and choose Delete account in the danger zone. If you own a workspace with other members you will be asked to transfer ownership first. Deletion removes your profile and personal account data from our servers.

Is my data private?

Yes. Every workspace is isolated at the database level. Members of one workspace can never see another workspace. We do not sell data and there is no advertising or tracking in the product.

Data and privacy requests

You can delete your account directly in the product from Settings. For data export requests or anything you cannot do in the product, email us and we will complete the request within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we store and how deletion works.
