Privacy Policy

Command PRO is a project operations product built and operated by Crafted & Company LLC (“Crafted & Company”, “we”, “us”). This policy describes the information we collect when you use the Command PRO web application and the Command PRO iPhone application (together, the “Service”), how we use it, where it is stored, and how you can delete it. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
Information you provide
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, your password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and the name you enter on your profile.
Workspace and business records. Command PRO exists to store the operational records your team enters: workspace names, client accounts, contact records (names, roles, email addresses, and phone numbers your team enters for its own clients and collaborators), projects and site addresses, tasks, project updates, captions, and general notes.
Files and photos. Photos and documents you upload are stored so they can be shown to you and to the other members of your workspace. Attachments are private to the workspace they belong to.
Team membership. When a workspace admin invites a teammate, we store the invited email address and, once the invitation is accepted, the membership and role that controls what that person can do in the workspace.
Billing information. Workspace subscriptions are purchased on the web and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers. We store the subscription status and a customer reference so we can associate your workspace with its plan. Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
We collect the minimum operational data required to run the Service: authentication session tokens (so you stay signed in), timestamps on records (so your team can see when something was created or changed), and standard server logs that include IP addresses and request metadata used for security and abuse prevention.
The Service contains no advertising, no third party tracking pixels, no analytics SDKs, and no advertising identifiers. We do not profile you and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Provide the Service: store, display, and synchronize your workspace records.
- Authenticate you and enforce workspace roles and permissions.
- Process workspace subscription payments through Stripe.
- Respond to support requests you send us.
- Protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers. We do not use the content of your workspace for advertising or for training artificial intelligence models.
Where your data lives
Workspace records are stored in a managed Postgres database and file storage operated by Supabase, our infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest by the storage provider. Access to production data is restricted to the operator of the Service and protected by row level security rules that isolate each workspace: members of one workspace cannot read or write another workspace’s data.
The web application is hosted on Vercel. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. These providers act as processors for the purpose of running the Service.
Sharing
Your information is visible only to:
- Members of your workspace, according to their role.
- Our infrastructure providers listed above, strictly to operate the Service.
- Authorities, if we are legally compelled to disclose information by a valid legal process. We will resist overbroad requests.
Retention and deletion
Records you archive inside the product are hidden from active lists but retained so your team can restore them. Records remain stored while your account and workspace exist.
Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the web application or the iPhone application. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and personal account data. If you are the owner of a workspace that has other members, you will be asked to transfer ownership first, or the workspace and its contents are deleted along with your account if you are the only member. Deletion is executed on our servers, not just on your device. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days.
You can also email us at the address below to request deletion or a copy of your data, and we will honor the request within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. The Service gives you direct control over your records; for anything you cannot do in the product, contact us and we will help. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Children
Command PRO is a business tool. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify workspace owners by email before the change takes effect.
